Awesome Mid-morning Snack

Finally just trying to grab a few minutes to share an awesome mid-morning snack I have been enjoying the past few weeks. It is from the Beachbody Insanity diet plan.

Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup 1% Cottage Cheese
  • Blueberries (use whatever portion is good for you...you may also use any other kind of berries)
  • 2 Tbls. of Walnuts
  • 1 Tbls. Honey
  • As an extra, I sometimes mix some flax in as well.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and enjoy!

Oh, I'm going to have to try that one. Guess I'll be hitting the store tomorrow after all.
