Preparing Chicken for the Week.

My weeks tend to be pretty busy, and I usually do not have time to cook in the evenings. Here is a really great way I have found to not only save a few bucks, but cook yourself enough chicken for the week....and you don't have to spend a ton of time actually cooking.

1. Buy Split Chicken Breast at the market with the skin on. Why? Because it is a ton much cheaper, and holds the moisture in better when cooking.

2. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees

3. Place your chicken breasts skin-side up on a cookie sheet(that is what I use)

4. Season with whatever seasonings you would like.

5. Drizzle with just a small touch of olive oil.(this is optional)

6. Bake in the oven for about 35 to 40 minutes.

7. Let cool. Remove the meat from the bone and also remove the skin.

I guarantee you this will be some of the tastiest chicken you can have. Try it out and let me know what you think!
