This is my favorite recipe from the Insanity Elite Nutrition guide. Enjoy!
1 whole grain English Muffin
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese, part skim
2 oz. grilled chicken breast, sliced/ground (either works)
1 cup broccoli steamed
Top English muffin with tomato sauce, cheese and chicken breast. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes and serve with 1 cup steamed broccoli.

P.S. I don't eat it with the broccoli.....I can't stomach that stuff for some reason. LOL! I love the pizza though.....I do make it without chicken sometimes too....but I know that takes from the protein. Regardless, ENJOY!
