Not for me man. I hit squats one time in the morning and passed out once i got home for about two hours. I was light headed.

Everyone is different. From a pure physiological standpoint, it stands to reason that you are better off conducting weight training routines after you have eaten a few meals, so that your glycogen has been replaced after a night of fasting. If you do your weight training first thing in the morning, your glycogen stores are limited, and the intensity of a weight training routine cannot depend on fat as the primary fuel source. Low intensity cardio, however, can use fat as the primary fuel source, and thus cardio is OK first thing in the morning. Bottom line is that you are better off training when you feel best. Some people get great weight workouts in the morning, some people are too tired in the evening...

I'm with whitegorilla, see what works for you, and bear in mind what works for you may not always be the same. I find though that I get the best workout in the late afternoon.

I'm with whitegorilla and joshiam. Whenever you have the most energy is probably the best time. I like either late morning or early afternoon. I'm strongest then. I usually tag my cardio on after my weight training but I can certainly tell I have more energy for cardio when I do it separately.
